g999 Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the g999 platform and the person using its services ("Member" or "User"). By accessing g999's website, mobile application, or any other channel, or by creating an account, the user is considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after an updated version is published will be treated as acceptance of the new Terms. It is the user's responsibility to review this page regularly.

1.1 Definitions

In this document, "Platform" refers to all digital services provided by g999. "Account" means a registered member's personal profile. "Balance" refers to real money held in the account. "Bonus" refers to additional credits given subject to promotional terms.

1.2 Language

The Bengali version of these Terms is the primary document. If an English translation is provided and there is a difference in meaning between the two, the Bengali version will take precedence.

To open an account and use any service on the g999 platform, a member must be at least 21 years of age. Account registration by minors is strictly prohibited. g999 may request documents for age verification at any time and reserves the right to suspend an account if adequate documents are not submitted.

Each person may open only one account. If a person holds more than one account, g999 reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit any bonuses held in them.

2.1 Accuracy of Information

The name, mobile number, and other details provided at the time of registration must be accurate and up to date. Opening an account with false information will be treated as a breach of this agreement and may result in immediate account closure.

It is the member's own responsibility to keep their login credentials, password, and OTP completely confidential. g999 will never ask for a password or OTP by phone or email. Any such request should be treated as a fraudulent attempt.

If a member suspects unauthorised access to their account, they must contact g999's 24/7 live chat support immediately. The member is responsible for all activity carried out from their account.

3.1 Account Transfer Prohibited

Transferring an account, its balance, or any bonus to another person is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, both accounts may be closed.

bKash, Nagad, and Rocket may be used for deposits and withdrawals on the g999 platform. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.

Deposits must be made from the registered mobile number. Deposits made from a different number may be delayed or require verification. Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile banking number registered on the account.

4.1 Transaction Verification

g999 reserves the right to request additional verification for any transaction in the interest of security. A national identity card or other relevant documents may be requested. Withdrawals may be put on hold if adequate documents are not provided.

4.2 Fraudulent Transactions

If g999 determines that a transaction is fraudulent, related to money laundering, or carried out by exploiting a technical error, the associated account and balance may be suspended.

g999's welcome bonus is a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳10,000. Before withdrawing this bonus, the member must wager 10 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit receiving a ৳1,000 bonus gives a total balance of ৳2,000; to become eligible for withdrawal, ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 in wagering must be completed.

Bonus balance and real balance are calculated separately. Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn without meeting the wagering requirements. g999 reserves the right to change the terms of any promotional offer or cancel an offer.

5.1 Bonus Abuse

If an attempt is made to claim a bonus through multiple accounts, false information, or any form of manipulation, the relevant bonus will be cancelled and the account may be permanently closed.

g999's VIP programme has five tiers: Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.3%), Gold (up to 0.5%), Platinum (up to 0.6%), and Diamond (up to 0.8%). Weekly cashback is calculated based on the net loss for the week.

g999 reserves the right to change VIP tier benefits and cashback rates. Cashback will be credited to the account automatically and may have its own wagering requirements.

Each game and sports betting market has its own rules, which are stated on the relevant game or market page. If a technical error causes an incorrect payout, g999 reserves the right to correct it and recover any excess payout.

In sports betting, bet outcomes are determined based on the official results of the relevant sports authority. For cricket matches — particularly T20 and BPL matches — if a match is cancelled or incomplete, the settlement of the related bets will follow g999's policy.

7.1 Bet Limits

g999 reserves the right to set a maximum bet limit on any game or market. Bets placed beyond a specified limit may not be approved.

If any signs of gambling addiction appear, members are advised to contact support immediately. The platform is strictly prohibited for those under 21 years of age. g999 may impose limits on an account at any time in the interest of protecting the member.

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

1. Opening an account using a false identity or another person's identity
2. Playing games or placing bets using software, bots, or automated methods
3. Exploiting any technical error on the platform
4. Operating more than one account
5. Deceiving another member or attempting to access their account
6. Attempting to gain an advantage by circumventing the terms of any g999 promotional offer

How a member's personal data is collected, stored, and used is described in detail in our privacy policy. By registering and accepting these Terms, the member is also considered to have agreed to the privacy policy.

g999 does not sell members' personal data to third parties. However, data may be shared with selected partners for legal obligations, fraud investigations, or service operations, as detailed in the privacy policy.

All content on the g999 website and app — logos, graphics, text, game interfaces — is protected under the intellectual property rights of g999 or the relevant content providers. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of this content without permission is prohibited.

Games are operated by their respective game studios such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, and Spribe — the intellectual property of these companies is protected under their own respective terms.

A member may request to close their account at any time. If there is a withdrawable balance before the account is closed, the member may withdraw it; however, any unused bonuses will be considered cancelled.

g999 reserves the right to close a member's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms, evidence of fraudulent activity, or business necessity.

g999 is not liable for losses caused by technical errors, internet outages, or third-party service issues. No guarantee is given regarding any game outcome, bet result, or bonus value.

Outcomes in slots, live casino, or sports betting are uncertain. Members use the platform at their own decision and risk.

If a member has a dispute or complaint, they should first contact g999's 24/7 live chat support in Bengali or English. Most issues can be resolved through direct communication.

If a matter is not resolved through the support channel, the member may submit a formal complaint by email. g999 will investigate and notify the member in due course after receiving the complaint.
